Reservation and Cancellation Policy
1. A reservation fee equal to a full day's rental, per boat, is required to reserve a kayak.
2. Rental reservations are rain or shine.
3. We require more than 48 hours notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund.
4. There is a $20 cancellation fee per boat for cancellations received between 48 and 24 hours of reservation.
5. The full rental charge will apply to cancellations received less than 24 hours before the reservation start time.
Terms and Conditions
1. All renters must be of 18 years of age or older.
2. All renters must leave a credit card number, a drivers license number and sign a rental waiver and form. Anyone 18 and under will be required to have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
3. To transport kayaks renters must have appropriate means on their vehicle.
4. If a boat is lost, stolen or damaged, the renter will be responsible for replacement repair costs at full retail prices. These costs will immediately be charged to the credit card number supplied.
5. Late returns will be charged a full day rental fee per boat.
6. Maximum 1 person per kayak seat at all times. Absolutely no persons in kayak hatches.
7. PFD's must be worn at all times while on the water.
8. Renters must have prior experience. Experience means you have had a formal lesson by a qualified instructor.
9. $10 charge for dirty boat return.
